Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the ship date and will be issued for the price of the product. The cost of return shipping label will be deducted from your refund, except for damaged/defective items.
Please note we cannot accept returns for opened or used items. All items must be returned in the same condition as received.
When shipping back the item, please include the return slip and pack carefully to make sure no damage occurs during transit.
In order to start a return/exchange process, please complete the following steps:
- Registered customer (separate link) that leads them to log in to their account page
- Sign in to your account
- My account - my orders
- Locate your order and click on return
- Choose the item you would like to return, enter the request information on the right and submit. If the item is damaged, please make sure to attach images to your return request.
- Checked out as a guest (separate link to the form )
